ABOUT
Donya Majidi-Maguire is a BAFTA award-winning editor with over seven years of editing experience in drama, documentary, animation and broadcast factual.
Her projects have had successes at the BAFTA Film Awards, BFI Film Festival, Student Academy Awards, Royal Television Society awards, Clermont-Ferrand Film Festival, Frieze Art Fair, and many more. She also has prime time broadcast credits including Channel 4, ITV and Channel 5.
Donya is an alumni from the Editing MA at the National Film & Television School, where she received a full scholarship from ScreenSkills and Toledo Productions. She was the recipient of the 2023 Avid Excellence in Editing Award upon her graduation.
Donya is a firm believer in collaborative storytelling and loves to create strong partnerships within the teams she works in. She is highly skilled in Avid, Premiere and table football.
